Where is it? Does it have quiet neighbours and without dogs? I rang the English speaking no but all he could say was near Global House.

There is a small housing development next to Global House and Bo Bay Clothes Market, so I would guess that it's there. If so it's a great location with easy access to the central area. Hi lee, at the moment in the uk on business, genuinely interested and the location is fine, can decide quickly after viewing.
