Because you being Arthur Daley didn't look at the history, the original price was 800,000 but that's none of your business - just like car sales and getting their figures wrong! And please stop sending me stupid private messages and grow up!

If my math is correct, that equates to about $60,000 USD per acre. That is totally redicules.
