ABOUT THE HOUSE
This is a big house covering 300sqm …All the rooms are large, spacious and bright. There are three big double bedrooms upstairs and a fourth on the ground floor (handy if you have elderly relatives). There are two bathrooms with water heaters and built in cupboards.
The lounge has a large area with TV and sofas and a further big space for a dining table.

Location & Directions
The house is situated in the market town of Phon Charoen.
Phon Charoen is located in Nong Khai province. It is close to the beautiful Mekong River town of Beung Kan (45 minutes) and Sawaeng Dan Din where a Tesco Lotus branch can be found (1 hour).
To reach Phon Charoen from Udon Thani (2 hours) head out of town on route 22. When you get to Sawaeng Dan Din take a right at the traftic lights just after Tesco Lotus. Head along this road until it forks left and right. Take the right fork onto route 2280. Stay on this road until it joins the 222. Take a left at this junction and head straight for Phon Charoen.
The house is nearby the police station, so if you head out of town a little please call us and we’ll come out to meet you.
