Ok, it’s back, better than ever. Well the price is better, with a few touch ups, and a few to go. Hate when you start touching up, and start noticing other things needing some attention. But all are cosmetic. Oh yea, the better part, well for a couple weeks anyway. Price reduction to 1.5 million baht, net profit to me me me. That means you pay transfer or whatever, which I believe is all minimal. Half the furniture will stay with house. Basically, I want to sell it before the school break. If not, and since it seems to be a buyer’s market right now, just my opinion, and from what I’ve seen in my quest for new digs myself. There isn’t much out there that is even close to this value. The Boss, and Ree have no great interest in selling, and I’m am starting to agree with them. But I want a fresh start, or I need to mentally stay. A quick sale will decide that for me. Then FBI gets it, back to 2 million w/furniture, and the price will rise, as I will transfer title to myself and that means a 10 % graduated capital gains tax if sold next 5 years. Plus I will finish touch ups and do the simple upgrades, as if I really need an elevated sitting area, and more landscaping to tend to. Great, more work.


So act now for a true value, if not, I will take advantage of the value myself and wait for that seller’s market to return. As they say, well in the bkk post, land and prices are going up up up. The location is good, well for locals, as when the abbott at wat pa ban tad dies and they turn it into an amusement park, lol, the area prices will rise again. And no, the wat is 5 kms away, so not a problem, but in their minds, good karma abounds. Did I mention it has a lucky Thai number as an address, 171/1 moo 1. Ok, that’s total BS, but I saw it once in a real estate advertisement (999/9), and had to chuckle, marketing, is it working yet.


This price will not last long.
