For cheap and tasty steaks, Western and Thai food try Baan Steak House

For the best value steaks, Western cuisine and Thai food be sure to check out Baan Steak House on Udon Thani's southern ring-road. This friendly Thai family run restaurant have steak, chips and vegetables starting at just 65 baht, and a large bottle of beer for only 45 baht. They have many more great value meals on their menu and most items are all under 100 baht.

This restaurant is a little out of the way and not the easiest place to find but our opinion it's well worth the effort. From the center of Udon make your way to the southern ringroad, then once you reach the Udon-Khon Kaen road junction take a right and follow the ringroad for 2km's past Tanadorn Home Place until you reach a large Pepsi sign on the right, turn right into this road and follow for 900 meters.
