Even cheaper than 300 if you rent by the month - about 8,800 from memory.
Fair internet speed free in all rooms as well....

....anyway at RuySuk hotel if i rent for 1 month then (anythings included) have to pay 280 baht per day...been before

Okay, i know the answer must be simple, that i'm thick to miss it, but, what are NT apartments? I've gone through this thread, the Udonmap accommodation guide, but alas, still in the dark. As i am almost certainly going into monthly accommodation in Udon soon, and NT do not come out too good, i ought to know which one it is. I have about settled on AEK apartments, they appear okay, and for my health, the bonus of being next to AEK hospital. So, NT not AEK by another name by chance!?

I see NT apartments are new and opened March this year. Seemed to start out with good reports, but not quite so good now maybe. At least not AEK in disguise!

I'm at a bit of a loss to know where you come to that conclusion from angsta.

There are a whole heap of options in Udon now, at least 4 of which have opened in the last 6 months, 1 about a month ago & 1 about to open. Plus still all the established favorites.
It completely depends on..
What you want to pay...
If you like renting room only - with extras like electricity & water added as used
Location importance to what amenities
Size of Room
If you have transport
Extra facilities needed
Plus anything else that an individual finds important when renting a room...
