4 people dead in Samprao accident

Don't have much time to do a full translation of the article, but a pickup wiped out 3 motorcycles and flipped killing 4 people at a 4-way intersection (with traffic light) in the Sam Prao area. The article mentions that the intersection is next to the Sam Prao Health office.
