Good topic but, 1st you have to ask their permission. After that you
have to ask them again when they resign. They can resign if a farang take care them, if
they find another job etc....various reasons. So if someone post such kind of picture
please be advise that you must be able to delete or replace with other pictures.

Best staff is relative. A good looking girl can give a customer a bad service

A sort of catalogue of pro's and which bar is pimping them you mean? Why not go the whole hog and list their various specialties and prices as well . A really good thread for a family orientated forum .

Very good idea Mr. Trubit. Some offer all you can eat pizza's, some BBQ, some buffet, some 49 baht breakfast etc.. with a list of some popular softdrinks, beer and spirits prices.

Maybe you are interested to survey this like a Michelin Inspector and rate all the Udon western venues with stars

That was rich, pizza etc etc, though I have to agree with Trubrit, what is the point of posting someone's picture, if not asking permission, are they selling food or out of restaurant entertainment. What the staff looks like and service don't alway equate, as I visit Up2U regularly and there is a 'whoa...man' there who is quite professional, though wouldn't hang his / her piture next to my bedstand, LOL

The physical appearance of staff wouldn't get me into or keep me out of a business, as long as clean and good customer service. If I can accept and have no problems with homosexuals, then I can deal with anyone, though I may stay clear of Bubba above...yikes

The OP specificially mentioned bars.

What is a Bar? Maybe Vlad means girly bars, with or without snacks & other
food on the menu. And what is a girly bar then? Is a Thai karaoke venue with girls
also a girly bar? Is it per definition clear that such kind of bars attracts more customers
when they employ attractive girls?? Or are other factors like you have mentioned some
in the previous posts also relevant?

Your favorite Up2U in Nutty Park is I think more a restaurant and is not a 'girly bar'.

Up2U is definely not a girly bar. Since Cat got married and moved to Ireland and Lief is out of the pitcure , it's turned into a Katoy bar. Use to spend a lot in there until I started to get ripped off.

Bars, good point, though not necessarily girly / pattaya / DN style, but bar, more sales on alcohol as compared to food. With that, i withdrawal, as not the most knowledgeable on that subject. Although from what I've noticed, on a limited amount of time, Udon Thani doesn't offer much in the way of class act bars or superstar staff. One bar in either Bangkok or Pattaya would add up to all lasses in Udon Thani. This wouldn't be the place I place I would be looking for such entertainment, as it pales to any tourist destination. Like comparing Nong Khai where is spend most of my time, to Udon Thani. Nong Khai being ever more dead than here, if that is possible. From the turnover of establishments, I guess my thoughts are that unique, most just don't seem to be interested, which would explain we they are here. Thais seem to be promoting their businesses much better and have higher quality staff both in looks and customer service, in comparison to foreigner investments. Possible because the foreigner has got an idea how to run that type of business, and trust someone with even less business savvy.

Forgive me if this is taken as an attempt to hijack the thread,,,,,,,,,, but I think a better one would be to rate all entertainment venues (bar, restaurant, etc) for their toilet facilities,,,,,,,, ,,,,, A place can have great food or ambience (bar) but if the "facilities" are terrible or bordering on nonexistant,,,, I probably wouldn't go back. I would always wonder in the back of my mind about the rest of the business' cleanliness standards, and my subsequent health,,,,,,,,,,,,

I thought it was a simple enough question it was aimed at bar, restaurant, and any other establishment that employs male's/females.
I do not want this hijacked into a thread where people are slagging off bars its not for that its as you see it on the tin why are you proud of your staff.
I never mentioned girlie bars,or katoey bars I asked for ALL bars and staff a group staff photo isn't classed as personal I don't think, individual yes but I never asked for individual staff pic's or price's plain and simple why do you the owners think your staff Exell.

Any establishment that employs female and male staff???? So also a shop who sells bacon and serves
good breakfast, internet cafes etc...

AND

Permitt me to joke.....Central Plaza or Robinsons is then my choice........a lot of cute and
attractive staff also not so attractive staff.......no need for pictures.

Few European tourists came recently to Udon Thani cause they mostly met isaan girls when they are looking
for such entertainment in BKK, Pattaya, Phuket etc... They are tourists and they did enjoy their stay in Udon
and next year they intend to come back to Udon. The (farang) inhabitants of the Udon city & Province
look their entertainment in their own region and Udon City is a great place to be with a lot choices,
whether your choice is for a clean toilet or good service or attractive staff or good and different
kind of food/restaurants/bars etc.....

Udon offers according to some too many farang style establishments and thats why some are 'dead'.

Indeed to promote Udon Thani....once Udon there is great chance that you WILL come back.

Hotels & apartments are good and cheap for long and short stay, infrastructure is
good (bus, train and airport) , near Laos and (last but not least) you have the printed version of
UdonMap to guide you, free of charge
