According to various other sources abortion isn't illegal in LOS if licensed Thai physicians determine that the girl's physical or mental health requires it.

I've known her for a while. She's a decent girl, as far as I've been able to establish. Definitely not a bar girl, but I have no intention of marrying her (in the near future). Not because of her, but because of me. I'm bad husband material, and though she's alluded to marriage more than once, I've never given her any illusions.

No way! I would at any cost avoid to put such ideas into her head. Suppose she takes me up on it and decides to keep the baby? I've always found it kind of pathetic to see these falang septuagenerians parading their new-born babies in the Complex. To each his own, but
I definitely DON'T want to father any more children
Besides, the longer you wait, the riskier an abortion gets so she'll need to have it done a.s.a.p. if she's indeed pregnant.

From what I've read so far on the Web, it is. It isn't sold over the counter but can only be administered under medical supervision.

That's certainly NO option! That's why I asked how much a doctor charges to administer Mifepristone/Misoprostol.
