acer laptop

hi can any1 out there help me ,,, i,ve a acer laptop , i went out left the mrs using it but when i came back i now see a BLUE PADLOCK with a number 1 in the center at the top of the keyboard and can no longer use the forward slash or the question mark button .... next to that blue light is a blue padlock with a capital A which i know is just the cap lock button , how do i remove the number 1 lock . thanks for any help ...mb .

easy remidy ,,,,,,, take a deep breath place your index finger in your right ear , close your eyes then shout work you bastard.... if this fails then eat another scotch egg !!!!!!!!!

If you have...
Hold down the Fn Key (usually in-between the Ctrl & Windows key, bottom left of keyboard) & press the F11 key.
Should turn Num Lock on & off.
