Anyone need a Christmas Ham?

The wife got a carried way and ordered 15 Kilos of ham. We have 7.5 kilos to much.

If you want it you can have it at cost.

what is the ham, if it is the Scandinavian style that has been bulk of the salt and then cooked in the oven or on the stove and then breaded with mustard, it's the kind I like and i can buy 5 kg :razz:

Where can I buy a Christmas ham? I prefer the Scandinavian ham that has been in brine before cooking.

We ordered ours from Big C sometime ago. They may still have more. I have my own way of cooking it so as long as it's not smoked I'm OK. Not really sure what I have now just not smoked.

I cook it with raisins. pineapple. cherries and brown sugar, for several hours.

Different but I like it.
