Applying for a US K1 Fiancee Visa

Through the US K1 Fiancée Visa or the K1 Visa Thailand, Americans are able to bring their Thai fiancée to the United States to get married. Once approved, the Thai fiancée can stay in the country for six (6) months. However, the couple must get married within ninety (90) days and apply for an adjustment of status.
