Arch support inserts?

I am unable to locate arch support inserts in NK,does anyone know where to get them in Udon?

I've never seen any anywhere in Thailand.

nkstan,,,,,,,,,, I know you'd like to have continual "across-the-counter" resource for arch supports but unless you're able to hit upon the exact one (among many) for your particular problem, I fear you'd be doing yourself a disservice. A visit to a qualified podiatrist (Bangkok?) seems to be in order. I'm almost 100% sure they could have the correct orthotics for your problem made locally and customized for your feet. I'm betting the cost would be very reasonable.

Good points and I am headed for bangkok next week,Chiropractor,Podiatrist and Bumrungrad!I have flat feet and have neglected needed supports for years.My right foot is starting to feel like it is going the way of the left,probably from hopping around on it and putting extra strain on the Fascia.Antway,I found some inserts at Scholls shoe dept. in Robinsons,700 baht!

Good chance after coming back from Bangkok,that I will have some much more expensive set.Thanks for the advice and comcern!

Thanks LL,we should compare feet some day!When I got out of the military after 4 years,I was standing naked with my butt to the wall in a large auditorium,while a doctor checked us out for both those coming in and getting out!After my ''cough cough''etc.,he steps to the next guy,then comes back to me and says''you coming in or getting out?'',I replied ''getting out'',he said ''how did you ever get in.I have never seen flatter feet!''
