asian atms'

when in cebu late last year, i used my philippines citisavings card in a robinsons bank atm.

i selected a withdrawal of p20k but was only dispensed p10k. the account balance had reduced by p20k.

upon querying this, i was told that the atm has a p10k dispensing limit per transaction.

i was eventually refunded the other p10k, but it did necessitate me filling in forms to get it.

one can only wonder, what if i didnt query that transaction?
