I dont get this one either Ards , British politics at its best , scum like this should be hung out to dry not taken care of and live the life of riley , so many of the laws refering to these asylum seekers are complete disgrace , too many benefit grabbing lazy immigrant scum in the uk AND MORE ARRIVING BY THE DAY.

so, within UK, he can't be indicted and tried for human rights violations??? Perhaps a judge within the EU could throw out an arrest warrant on him, or perhaps the International Criminal Court (ICC) could indict him and have him arrested.. I can see why the judge ordered the deportation process stopped, but certainly other judicial actions are available to bring this scum to justice??
