Hi Walt,
Try Ruy Suk Hotel - I've stayed there quite a bit, guest friendly, about 325 or 350 baht per night (I can't remember) and a 15 minute walk to town centre or a tuk tuk takes 5mins and are always handy. Clean, tidy - Joe runs it - he's Thai but lived in Australia for many years and understands us farangs and he's a good bloke. There are also plenty of other hotels around - see the sponsors for udonmap and accommodation.

Cheers

Hi Glyn,
Yes will certainly pop in next time. This last trip was a very quick one, the aim being to pick up Rossarin and take her back to Australia with me. So she's here with me now - meet and greet the family etc, as we're getting married in Udon in May.

Cheer mate

ME too, certainly a complacent way to ran a business. If these are examples of their efficient(?) running of their business then I won't be parting with any of my hard earnt cash there!!
