Now I know why I didn't buy on an estate, no hassle, no probs, and I can do what the hell I like as my neighbours don't complain. Oh i forgot NO neighbours either. wonderful .

Those 3 bedroom bungalows on the website look just the ticket, what's the ball park for for those, any model?

Hi, I have some questions for you who live in Baan Hansa.
Me and my Thai partner think it looked nice on the website.
1) What about the burglary in the houses, it happens?
It is so that we will not stay there all year round.
2) Is it a good area, clean, etc.?
3) Is the pole clean and works with the cleaning?
4) Will it work with the guards, so not everyone can go in and out as they please?
5) How large is the land around the house?
6) Would nice to see pictures of the area a bit more than the home side have.
