baby food

We will be in Udon in March with our 11 month old baby. Is there any place I can buy baby food? I can not find it on the website of Tesco for instance.

Yes, you can buy baby food in most of the supermarkets... Tops, Big C, Lotus, etc.

Also recommend that you stay with the big stores mentioned as a lot of the "cheaper" stores, at times, have outdated products or look a like knock off brands that are not up to standards.

If you are talking about baby milk, then I would agree you will find lots and much, much cheaper @ Ngee Soon. If you are talking about those little jars of mashed fruit & vegetables, you will find very little, and very, very expensive, would think you can make your own. They do have baby cereal, one brand name only with 4 or 5 flavors and of course there is juice. "Out of date", hell Ngee Soon sells so much you will be lucky to always find the size and brand in stock, at times.

thanks u guys, it reads like we need to bring the little jars with us, since we are not in the position to cook our selfs.

You can get Bear Brand Baby food from most stores including 7-11, but you have to make them up with boiling water and leave to cool
Baby food in jars from Tesco and Macro.

Tesco sell Heinz baby foods etc in jars, but at about B45 each ....... OK if your only here a couple of weeks, but a bit pricey if your buying them 365 days a year

Topps in the Complex also sell a fair variety of the Heinz jars - 43.5 baht, I think.
They also sold a few of another brand, the name of which I did not recognise..
