Bangkok Newspapers

Could you please tell me which Bangkok Newspapers print an English version. I am trying to locate a Mr. Lee Miller who worked in the editorial dept of one of this papers in the 1990's. I contacted the Bangkok Post but he did not work there.

These are the only two Thai National newspapers in Thailand, however many regions publish their own English language local newspapers and I am sure Bangkok is no exception. For example the Phuket Gazette or the Pattaya Mail.
It is possible he worked for one of these localised English language publications in Bangkok ?
