Bok Ding Rules...in English?

Would anyone know a source of Bok Ding (literal translation - "jump up" ???) rules...in English. I've also heard it referred to at Bok Bhet, Bok Gaew (make 8, make 9: sorry for the lousy transliterations).

Why I ask is I get dragged into playing what we call "Thai girl poker" often while I am working in Vancouver and go for dinner at someone's house who has a Lao or Thai wife here. So I"ve had the rules explained to me so many ways...would be much better if I could read the rules over in English....but haven't found anything by goggling it.
