Brand new menu at Lalita`s !!!

When was the last time you had really good food and when the last time you had Mexican food?

After hard work in the kitchen and some nice help from a chef (Thank you Aaron!) we can say, that we can offer you absolutely delicious food to good prices.

I read on your other post about girl drinks being half price,so I need to ask is this a ''hostess''facility?I ask only because we are family oriented with a teenage daughter!Thanks

And about our Ladies night on Saturdays... We are not a hostess facility! We just want people enjoy our place, having fun and dancing... We are not working with any barfine, or something like this.

Ella, you may have to consider slowing down a little. Next we'll see Justin, with some 'karakas' and a big hat, opening up down the road as "La Sombaro" then trying to flog off a chain of them.

Ella, aka; Lalita has worked hard putting together something we all are starving for here in Udon, Mexican food, plus, more great items on her new menu, available for all of us.

Ella, you keep up the good work, if your Mexican dishes are plentiful and taste great, you got a big hit on you hands.
Better be getting some more tables and chairs, cause you'll be needing them.

Sawitta and I will be in this evening a little before 7:00 to try some of your Mexican food, and, of course, the chance to win the big Monday night, 1,000,000B jackpot.

Went to Lalita's last night to try the new Tacos, and baked Burrito.

Both were super excellent, the fillings, flavor, and texture of both were perfect.
The folded corn Taco shell was crispy but light, and only broke away where you'd take a bite, not breaking all up as many of the tough commercial ones do, spilling everything out.

The Burrito flour Tortilla was baked to perfection, a little baked brown on the outside, flavor, texture, perfect.

Both the Tacos and Burrito came with a delicious white sauce, and Salsa on the side.

The two full shots of Tequila for 100B was a nice addition.

The only thing I found to be wanting were, Frejolies (sp) mashed Mexican beans, with a sprinkling of cheese on top. The Burrito, even with the Salsa on a bed of Lettuce, and the small bowl of white sauce looked a bit lonely setting on the big plate by itself. A little bed of lettuce under the Burrito and some good Mexican beans along side would have made a big visual and taste delight difference.

I'm writing this because we've all have been waiting so long to for some great Mexican, and Ella is such an accommodating hard working gal.
Even though she is beginning with only a couple items, Tacos and Burritos, she's done a great job as both items are super delicious, and I'm sure she will add the beans, and more, to her Mexican menu in the future to expand and top it all off.

She does have a big roasted and split Potato filled with all the good stuff, as well, on the Mexican portion of the Mex menu page of her all new menu.

I want to make a mention of our Quesidillas as well. Hope will come and try them the next time.

Can't wait to try the Mexican menu! I've been craving some good Tex/Mex, just too lazy to try to round up the ingredients to make it myself. Agree that some frijoles refritos would be a good addition if you can find them here. Bella are all the menu items available all the time, or does it depend on the cook's presence? Speaking especially of the Thai items.

A friend and I had a taste a couple nights ago. We shared the burrito and quesadilla offerings. Both were good and we both agreed we liked the burrito the best. The salsa and yoghurt sauce were both good.

They were in the process of preparing a bean dish, but it wasn't ready in time for our meal.

Next visit I hope there'll be a spot of beans with the dishes.
