don't look at them as a a cosmetic improvement look and at them and ask why would I subject my wife to some thing later in life might cause her medical problems I would do a lot of research BM about the pro & cons before you let her do it IMO I would say no a little extra padding in the bra get them the same look
only you know for real. my only experience with a lady quite a few years back had them and they felt like two rocks / yes they look good but when I think about the consequences which could develop I would think twice and say no

What happens to the mammories if a lady has breast implants at a young age and retains them into old age. Will they drop as the elasticity of the skin fails? Would they end up looking like tennis balls in football socks?

i did have a UK galfriend 20 years back who had them and they felt hard and cold in bed, like icecubes against my back .early models ,not good . Sheila had a car accident which damaged her breasts hence the transplants . But they did look good !

Should follow the way Dolly Parton has done,silicone reductions over time so that eventually no 'tennis balls in socks' syndrome will happen.

Chances are that, if they're early Silicon they will now be peeling at the edges and have a mildew problem like your bath tub
Or failing that, because she had Saline implants, they've gone South and leaked so everything has gone back to square one but doubled the salt when muff diving
