I was reading about a hospital in BKK that listed prices for different surgeries and breast enlargement was 1000 USD but I read this about about 6 months ago I was checking when I had my willy cut for some prices and info I also was thinking about installing a pump for when the SOB does not want to stand at attention. My wife got it done at AEK in Jan this year, 62,000THB, used our own surgeon who was recommended to us, he does a lot of the army work at their hospital.
She was in for one night, I stayed too, a week or so to recover and she's very happy, did the underarm option.

Seriously, there's no way the TW will be having hers augmented (not that she wants them to be). I'm more than happy living and entertaining myself with nom noi ... besides, as the old saying goes, what you can't fit in your mouth is wasted.

Me I am old fashioned any attempt to improve on what the maker gave anyone, seems to be an invasion and on many occasions comes back to bite the person who had it done.

once ur other half starts having ideas of silicone breasts (60k-100k baht),generally they tend to look also at silicone noses (8k baht) as an extra to do.under the armpits is the preferred option as the scars under the breasts are offputting.

Am I naive in thinking that silicone breasts when travelling by air will explode or have they improved them these days

I still would like to know if they wear out, need replacing, lifting or wahtever in the future, and whether there is a danger if one dives into swimming pools etc?

I have heard all these things mentioned as (future) risks and hassles, but don't know if they are true, or if it's just scare mongering or sour grapes.

It is advised to have them taken out when the good lady reaches her senior years..as you can imagine not the best of sights.

And i would think if one dives in the other would go in too, providing you went to a reputable surgeon that is.
