Terry

sorry for the delay, been in transit for the last week basically.

Whats the temps that they predict for that time of the year ??

Be guided by that and what ur outdoor shop then suggests, also remember to get a good thermarest sleeping matress, get the model with the honeycomb inserts, little more expensive but worth it.

You have a good training regime and plan, well done !

Hi Wazza, no worries mate have a rest sounds like you've been very busy.
Temps vary from 30 to 0 quite a drop I thought, understand what you mean with the mattress so will do, as it will be the only comfort I will be getting. Thanks again for your help in this and support.

Just got back from a four hour trek in the dark and rain, gonna have a hot bath and then fish and chips and a scoop or two. Saturday will see me outside Sommerfields shaking my collection box for four or five hours then sunday another long march through the forrest.
I will keep an eye out for Mr G and Mr S in case they want to return the keys, no questions asked. Gareth cannot miss me I'm in the macmillan shirt with the nose like I've been glassed :D
Once again thanks to members for there continued support as it helps me immensely .

Training going good in the gym every night and the pool after starting to feel good although used one of those wobble machines today without reading the instructions felt very strange after and don't drink 10mins before using as it tends to want to come out again.

Thanks to all member for their support and donations getting better everyday and my bugles looking good now and healed, only look like I melted a bit
