cannot get utube to play clips

hi i have just upgraded the computer to windows xp and i cannot
get utube to play clips i can acces the site ok just not playing clips

by the way i have also installed norton anti virus

Have you got java + flash player installed,you trying from UK or Thailand Len..?

Len. I'm pretty sure that Java nor Flash are installed, you have to download...
