Centara Grand, attached to the mall, best rate?

Next visit confirmed.

Please advise the "best" rate you have gotten for a standard room, double occupancy with two breakfasts.

I paid 1000baht last visit in May. This after some hard bargaining.

I'm asking because I'd like to know the answer before I inquiry directly with the hotel. 1000baht was okay all things considered. Did have a problem with the AC but got thru it.

thare are much better places to stay near that location for that price.

The Hotel currently offer rooms from 1,100bht. Rack rate 3,800.
Suites " 2,550bht " : 6,500.

The new rack rate will come into force when the refurbishment is completed .
( Don't know who will pay it though )

Pay1000 baht, and stay in the Charoen Hotel just round the corner from all the action.
Very comfortable, it's even got carpet on the floor.

100 baht more is definitely better, since has nicer pool and breakfast buffer is definitely better. no need to walk on that dusty road. IMO
