classified ad problems

Am trying to post a classified ad for the first time ever . I just do not even see where it may say "post a new ad " . I can't imagine what it will be like to try and upload a photo. Help.

Sorry 38 defeated me too...

Maybe it is one of the things Lee is still working on. I will say that posting photos on the new general forum is ten times quicker & easier than the old forum...
