Classified adverts

Due to a recent technical hiccup all data within the classified ad system was lost and is unrecoverable. S**t happens I guess. Anyway I am now working on a new classified system linked to the forum itself, which should be easier to use and more reliable. I have a few style and bug issues to iron out and a few add-ons to install, however its still possible to place an advert.
