Has anyone had any experience with acting as a co-borrower for your Thai wife in purchasing a home in Thailand with a down payment and financed through a Thai Bank? I see the information in English that the major banks offer mortgages with a foreigner able to be on the mortgage as a co-borrower, up to 90% LTV and up to a 30 year mortgage, on their websites.
