displaying Thai

When I went to the Thai Language Only part of the forum today, all the entries were like this:
à¸—à¸³à¸à¸°à¹„à¸£à¹à¸¥à¸°à¹„à¸›

I regularly use Thai Visa and have thai fonts display properly. I checked my forum settings, but can't find anything particular to Thai language. Any suggestions?

It's not your settings, I messed up the encodings today when I restored the forum. I'll have a look at it in the morning.

Looks like you need the right format program .I maybe completely wrong. I had this problem when downloading a file some times.
Do you have PDF reader?

The home page for that part of the forum now displays Thai correctly. But I get the same thing when gobbledy-goop when I click on any of the individual titles. No rush to fix....I was worried my settings were messed up.
