Distilled Water in Udon

Postby The Brick » August 22, 2009, 10:44 am

Anyone know were I can buy distilled water in Udonthani. I want to make colloidal silver with it. Or
do you have to make my own pure water? I have been looking for a PH and TDS tester as well, but
have now decided to have one sent from home.

The water coming off your A/C evaporator is good enough for batteries and steam irons, not sure about colloidal silver though.

If I remember right a colloid is a little chunk of something undisolved floating around. Not to get nosey but why would you want to make a bunch of silver float around in distilled water? .....Just wondering.

The water if it were distilled would have a PH of right around 7. I think thats what the middle point calibration solution for a ph meter actually is just distilled water. You could then just back calculate using math I cant remember how to do (I think molar) and end up with a thoretical PH.

Yep, that would be correct. Colloidal silver is fine particals of silver floating around in water. It is a natural killer of all things pathogenic. Bacteria, virus, fugus, etc. The silver prevents them from getting oxygen and they sufficate. The pathogens can't develop an immunity to that.

Yes you are right on. I have used C/S for about three years before coming to Thailand and now would like to make some more. I have gear coming from home to make it but need D/S water. Looks as though I will need to make my own D/S water, no problem as I have done it all before, just easier to buy it if you can get it.
