I agree. That's one of the things that has put me off as far as contacting them goes.

They used to have english pages, but it seems that they are updating their pages directly to Internet. I remember that last time it took 3-4 months to get English version running.

Still you have their contact data in English or in the version that should be easy to read:

Email : dreamuphousebuilder@hotmail.com
Tel : 0-4234-2343 (+6642342-343)
Fax : 0-4234-2344 (+6642342-344)
Mobile Phone : คุณหมี 08-1873-2323(+66818732323)

Pictures don't need translation and I personally do not know anyone who decides house builder just based on Internet pages. Good house builder should be good to build houses, not Internet pages -I believe.

An excellent opportunity to use the free Google web page translator.
Find the page, copy the URL copy into Translate a web page under 'language tools' on Google make sure it is Thai to English & hey presto you have the following...Not perfect English but certainly good enough to completely understand.

They built a house for me about 4 years ago. All was well and good during the planning and up to near completion. From then on it was a very, very unpleasant relationship at the final stages. Absolutely no warrantee or follow up visits once the house was almost completed and ready for hand over. They just disappeared and I have never spoken to them since.
As a matter of a fact I retained some money from the final payment due to them ignoring my repeated calls to repair or replace defective workmanship.
An example was main bedroom ensuite bathroom that began flooding through the walls. The vanity, tiling, concrete floor had to be all removed only to find a PVC pipe had been joined with no glue!! Many leaks in the roof with bad flooding inside the house in heavy rain periods. Cupboard doors coming of the hinges.
All of this poor workman ship was due to poor working standard and very poor supervision.
I would have accepted this if they had at least tried to come out to the house and repair the faults but no calls were ever answered.
I used quality fittings and even asked for copper piping in all the hot water lines which they struggled to understand. I installed a Solahart hot water system and I needed a large concrete suspended slab hidden in the roof area to hold three large water tanks, the solar hot water system and the tv dishes etc. they couldn’t get that right either. It didn’t have any drains and it filled up with water like a swimming pool. I have spent another 3 million on the house in the last 3 years rectifying their stuff ups.
All the upper balconies leaked through the tiles and dampened the walls until mouldy and green colour. Many, many, water leaks during the first year after completion.
The house was a 15,000,000 + baht house and still I couldn’t get any response to come and repair faulty workmanship after many phone calls. No one there was the common answer.
I could see the reason why their workmanship was so poor as my house is 70 kilometers from Udon. They used local farm labourers to do most of the work. When the built in furniture guys arrived from Udon it was about a one month project. So they slept on site. They were ok at first but because the house had extensive built in furniture they became impatient to get home to Udon so work became faster and less attention to detail.
I would be careful if I were building out of a close range to Udon.
My house is numbers 35 and 43 on their web site photos.
