Do you imagine that Udon Immigration has the authority to unilaterally grant extensions of 3 months?

It would come as a great surprise to me if that were the case.

Cheers for that Dave.
I'm really sorry we beat City twice in injury time in the Premiership so it seems so unfair to mention we knocked you out of the Carling Cup as well ! 8)
Still theres always next season.....City on the up,United desperately need a few new players ;)

Jack, maybe I'm being harsh on Udon Immigration but surely if you can produce P60 and monthly pension slips from the company there should be some leeway given the current circumstances.

3 weeks ago i copped a 1 day overstay in Swampy, as the Kazak Embassy was shut in silom due the unrest and had to stay the weekend and pick it up Monday and fly out etc.

They were sympathetic at the counter in Swampy , but said they had no authority to waive the charges as per the Act etc.

Jacks right here, Immigration unless directed by above doesnt have the right to waive , Its Thailand and nothing moves unles somebody above you will accept responsibilty for your actions.

HSE has a no blame culture, just like all government officials !LOL
