Good luck to them. THANK GOD my home country did not join the C.M. We still have people with a lot of money coming from U.K. and elsewhere. Tax fiddles. We have a agreement with U.K. about pensions etc. If you have worked and paid in to N.I. for ten years in my home country, you get 40GBP extra in your pension per week. Guess what, the U.K. people that live there wanted the extra pen. without paying into it. Thank God my government refused their request. They even took it to the Eur. Court but it was rejected, GOOD.
U.K. wants to get a grip on what they are paying out to people who pass through five or six countries to seek Political Asylum. I was talking to one person and asked them why they left their lovely country to live in U.K. The reply, U.K. gives you a house for free, free medical, free education and if you do not work they pay you for not working.
