Evening market in Nong Khai?

Was talking once to a chap in Nong Khai about some evening market in Nong Khai that is on 1 evening a month, over by Tesco. Does this market still exist? Or was it all a figment of my imagination? What day of the month is the market open?

Fussy, There is a WEEKLY Evening market ( Wednesdays ) held on a patch of land near to The Grand Hotel,But I only think it flogs the usual crap....

The Wed market is small and not well attended.The main ''evening market'' is every Sunday,turn left at the stoplight after passing Tesco and start looking for a parking place because it is well attended.
