Don't despair, at least you do not follow a dismal Catholic club like Everton who were manhandled by Joseph Chamberlain's boys from Birmingham City.

It would be even worse to be me and like teams such as Newcastle, Crystal Palace, Sheffield Wednesday and Ipswich Town. I like the two Manchester teams too, but that's another story.

Sorry, but there is no snow on the ground in Toronto this winter. Well, there were paltry amounts for a few days. Today we are basking in 5+ temperatures although rain is forecast for later in the day. However, I heard that England took up the slack and is covered in the pure white stuff. Good luck with that, and best wishes for your Hull City squad for the duration.

Am I more to your liking now?!? 55555
NO !!!!!! I'm NOT a Hull City Fan,as you well know....I Am begining to HATE you now.. [-( [-(

Oh...right...just noticed the avatar...thought it was only a brick wall, but now note it represents a team...a way of life...someone's soul.

Thus, one must make amends and clarify what was really meant in those last few posts. Ummmm...err...well...one can say that Everton fans never need get too excited about anything going their way, or anything negative happening. Everton are the epitome of mediocre football. And Catholics are good, the owners of Everton are really nice guys...Catholics...and King Billy never need be mentioned around the home grounds of Everton. The Everton team wears a nice shade of blue too. Well, maybe not a nice navy blue, but a good, solid, non-wimpy blue. It blends nicely with the white colour. Blue and white...really eye-catching...real nice...on the eyes...and...so on. Their uniforms remind one of those worn by Millwall, on the Isle of Dogs. Now there is a tough side.

Okay, so I do not like Everton very much...at all.

How is that? Are we bosom buddies now?

Bit off topic, for which I apologise !! :D
Leeds lost again in the league last night - 3-0 to Swindon. Admittedly Swindon are on a bit of a run at the moment but that is Leeds third defeat on the trot.
They are still in second place (& so automatically qualifying for promotion) & are 15 points away from NOT being in the play offs also have games on most around them, but still a little worrying.

It will probably be Monday before I can work out the scores. I'm off on a golfing roadtrip in the morning, and won't be back till late Sunday night.

Heh, steady on!
With all the financial problems, team spirit doesn't appear lacking. Croydon and abouts and a wee bit of Udon will hope they give a good account of themselves. [-o<
