The OP made by "harmonyudon" (AKA harmonygeorge, ruysukgeorge et alia and also using Mortiboy's access to answer his own posts) was started as part of his ongoing feud with the "farang of interest".
The feud stems back partly to a scam job pulled by Geoge and his wife on the farang's girlfriend and also a failed joint business venture, but that is another story.
George will go to any length to try to discredit the farang (even to the extent of getting his wife to smash the furniture and spray paint the farang's previous shop)
The farang was handcuffed because he was in an agitated state and the police decide on safety first.

A local shop owner called the police cause of his agressive behaviour.
The concerned telephone call to the police was not made by the shop owner where the incident took place but from another business across the street, that business being of course the Ruysuk cafe run by hoarmonyudon/george.
No prizes or MENSA membership for guessing who the actual caller was.
