Flight BKK to LHR

Hi, can anyone tell me if they've found a cheaper way of buying a direct one-way ticket from Bangkok to London Heathrow, either in Bangkok or Udon? My wife can fly to the UK anytime in August.

I've looked on the Thai airways website who are quoting B32,000

Any suggestions would be most welcome

have you got a price for bkk to london with you buying the ticket in the UK from a travel/ticket agent in the UK ? it maybe cheaper that way it worked for me once.

32,000 Baht sounds pricey enough. I flew to Dublin in December for 21,250 Baht 1-way. There is no direct flight Bangkok-Dublin so I went via Bahrain with Gulf Air. I would have thought direct BKK-London would be cheaper.

best option, if she has her own creditcard, she can use thai webdeals every now and then you see BK-LHR about 10k

eva bought in bkk last minute about 23k-25k
etihad bought online with your creditcard can be done around 21k

if she or you want to stick with Thai (as i would for my Mrs and imo the best flight option for a Thai if she is travelling kon diao for the first time) the cost will be a bit higher.
