น้ำท่วมอุดรฯเสียหายแล้วร่วม 20 ล้าน

อุดรธานี- กว่า 9,000 ครัวเรือนในอุดรฯได้รับความเดือดร้อนจากน้ำท่วม ทั้งบ้านเรือน-พื้นที่เกษตรกรรม จังหวัดเร่งบูรณาการหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องให้ความช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้นแล้ว

ผู้ สื่อข่าวรายงานจาก จ.อุดรธานี วันนี้ (17 ก.ย.) ว่า หลังจากเกิดฝนตกติดต่อกันนานหลายวัน ทำให้ประชาชนในเขต อ.เมืองอุดรธานี ได้รับความเดือดร้อนรวม 11 ตำบล คือ ต.หมูม่น,เชียงพิณ, เชียงยืน, บ้านเลื่อม, สามพร้าว, กุดสระ, นากว้าง, บ้านตาด, นาดี, หนองนาคำ และนาข่า 157 หมู่บ้าน 9,000 ครอบครัว 50,000 คน ความเสียหายเบื้องต้นประมาณ 20 ล้านบาท

ส่วนพื้นที่การเกษตรนั้น ขณะนี้ยังไม่สามารถทำการสำรวจความเสียหายได้ เพราะยังถูกน้ำท่วมอยู่ ในด้านความช่วยเหลือเบื้องต้นนั้น ทางจังหวัดได้ประกาศในพื้นที่ดังกล่าวเป็นพื้นที่ภัยพิบัติฉุกเฉิน ตามระเบียบของกระทรวงการคลัง ว่าด้วยเงินทดรองราชการเพื่อช่วยเหลือผู้ประสบภัยพิบัติกรณีฉุกเฉิน พ.ศ.2546

พร้อมกันนี้ สนง.ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัด ได้จัดเรือท้องแบน 5 ลำ สมทบกับของโรงพยาบาลศูนย์อุดรธานี 1 ลำ กองบิน 23 1 ลำ ออกไปให้ความช่วยเหลือแล้ว

ด้านการบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนและเร่ง น้ำให้ลดระดับลง ชลประทานจังหวัด และ สนง.ป้องกันและบรรเทาสาธารณภัยจังหวัด ได้จัดเครื่องสูบน้ำขนาด 6 นิ้ว จำนวน 5 เครื่อง นอกจากนี้แล้วก็มีภาคเอกชนและชลประทานจังหวัด นำรถขุดแขนยาว (แบ็กโฮ) 3 คัน ออกไปคอยช่วยเหลือในพื้นที่

ขณะที่ นายสุพจน์ เลาวัณย์ศิริ ผู้ว่าราชการ จ.อุดรธานี และ ผศ.ปิยะกุล เลาวัณย์สิริ นายกเหล่ากาชาด จ.อุดรธานี ได้นำถุงยังชีพไปแจกจ่ายให้ประชาชนที่ได้รับความเดือดร้อนจำนวน 4 ตำบลคือ ที่ ต.นากว้าง หมูม่น เชียงพิณ และเทศบาลเมืองหนองสำโรง ซึ่งได้รับความเดือดร้อนอย่างมากจากน้ำท่วมในช่วงวันเสาร์และอาทิตย์ที่ผ่าน มา แต่ในขณะนี้ทุกพื้นที่เข้าสู่สภาวะปกติแล้ว

ด้าน นายจีระศักดิ์ ศรีคัชชา นายอำเภอบ้านผือ กล่าวว่า ในพื้นที่อำเภอบ้านผือ มีน้ำท่วมพื้นที่การเกษตรใน 5 ตำบลคือ ต.จำปาโมง, เมืองพาน, บ้านค้อ, กลางใหญ่ และ คำด้วง จำนวนหลายพันไร่ ทั้งนี้ น้ำดังกล่าวนั้นเป็นน้ำที่ไหลมาจากด้าน จ.หนองบัวลำภู และเลย มาตามลุ่มน้ำโมง และจะไหลไปลงแม่น้ำโขงที่ อ.โพนพิสัย จ.หนองคาย โดยเฉพาะพื้นที่ ต.จำปาโมง เป็นพื้นที่รับน้ำทั้งหมด หากไม่มีฝนตกลงมาอีก ภายใน 2-3 วันคงกลับเป็นปกติ
