Flying to Bak- BKK

I’ve made a landing at BAK on a scheduled Thai Airways flight - but it was actually an unscheduled emergency landing on a BKK-LHR flight, BAK is the 3 letter IATA identifier code for Baku Airport in Azerbaijan.

Seems most likely that someone made a typo :-k
Ashamed to be English since 23rd June 2016 when England voted for racism & economic suicide.

Disgusted that the UK is “governed” by a squalid bunch of economically illiterate, self-serving, sleazy and corrupt neo-fascists.

3B. Why do I see 'Bangkok - BAK' when I am booking my tickets on http://www.airasia.com? How do I know which airport in Bangkok my booking is being made for?
You will see Bangkok (BAK) for selection while making a booking. System will auto-assign Suvarnabhumi (BKK) or Don Mueang (DMK) based on the date of travel. DMK will apply to all travel starting from 1 October 2012. Your itineraries and boarding passes will show DMK or BKK so please take note of which airport you will be arriving at or departing from.

From http://www.airasia.com/ask/template.do?id=548

Seems a free shuttle will run between both airport as of Oct 01.
