Football game vs Police

There will be a football game on Monday at 5.30 at the Udonthani Police station football 'pitch'. It's 9 a side.

The Tourist police (including several farang and the mighty 'all hail' Steve) vs the traffic police.

If you would like to play, please bring a red shirt.

Can we make it rugby?

I am sure you would get plenty of farangs suiting up against the coppers

what happens if you get sent off nickD do they lock you up and feed you sticky rice.

Or Amercian Football with helmuts...anyone not wearing one will be fined a few baht.

Just to give you an update.
I turned up on Monday 20, but it was a police only game, they said only next month will the farang games resume, but i was unable to get a specific date.

I have spoken to the organiser - my friend Sony on the TP and he said 'definately' tomorrow 9th Nov.

and was there a decent crowd

We (falangs & tourist police) won 5-3.

It was an exciting game and it was watched by a capacity crowd of about 25 coppers.

We had a good representation with 2 English, 1 Greek, 1 Dutch, and 1 Frenchman.
