wow, haven't peeked at this thread in a while. congrats, some very nice stuff. keep up the good work. that griddle looks nice, flashback to my childhood, when stoves had griddle in the middle of top burners, then double oven w/broiler underneath, well, at least mom's did. i kept around as long as possible.

now, could you coat everything with teflon, so we can watch our better halves scratch the teflon off.

anyway, some very nice stuff. continued success to you and wife. 8)

Nice to hear from you again.

Price for rotis set-up & Big Mac BBQ in picture, on page 3;

16,495 - Big Mac
3,300 - Motor & stainless Rotis set-up
19,795 - Total

We recently sold the one in picture to a family in Khon Kaen, our first production model.
I just called them again for the second time to check in and ask how the rig was working out.
Both times they replied they were, very, very happy with it, so it looks like were in biz with that model & rotis.

Thanks again for inquiring.

Our Best,
Doc & Sawitta

More Recent & nice feedback from our Quik-Fire Customers.

Hi guys if anyone is chasing a great BBQ in Thailand, I bought one from a really cool guy in Udon Thani about 3 months ago.
His BBQ are great quality, and will send them anywhere around country, and Doc is a good guy to boot.

I’m an Aussie, and BBQ’s are a part of our culture, it took me a while to find anything decent in Thailand.
Good on ya mate, keep up the good work.
You have a great product there.

Hello Doc

Thanks for the great effort in the workmanship and the timely delivery, you could not have made it more simple!
I have not seen the BBQ yet, but from what Junya has told
me, she could not be more pleased.
I will be sure to recommend you to the other ex-pats in the area and hopefully I can generate some additional business.

Yes, I definitely have hit the jack pot with Junya, no horror stories here, just pure delight!
I have the utmost respect for the people of Thailand and Junya is a shining example of just how wonderful the Thai people are. I am sure you feel the same way and are as equally blessed as I am!
Good luck to you and Sawitta in all that you do!

Thanks

Hello to all,

We at Quik-Fire are happy to display our first original designed and hand crafted, Counter Top BBQ.
This unit was created for a restaurateur in Hua Hin, measuring 80x80cm, with a 70x50cm bbqing grate.
More than simply a BBQ, it’s a tasteful creation for the eye to behold in stainless steel.
The top is so well balanced; it will stand half open on its own.
Enjoy & take care...

Our best,
Doc

Hi Nobi,

Getting back to your customer desiring some brass trim incorporated into his BBQ.
To answer your question; yes, we certainly will be happy to discuss the project with him, most anything is possible with desire, and budget, it's about as simple as that.
If he should come around again, give me a ring and I'll come over to meet with him.

Thanks for thinkin' of us...

My best,
Doc
