Cryptic,

I'm not quite sure of your intent, or, the true purpose of your post.
You will notice Andy stated he viewed our gasbbqthailand thread and based his order and purchase from viewing the legitimate feedbacks of our previous customers.
Once he received his BBQ a short time ago he was so impressed with the unit he became a undonmap member and posted his thoughts, as well.
Andy is an international trader of goods, has numerous customers and friends around the world, many of which he communicates with on a daily bases.
With all due respect, only ignorance on your part would allow you to post such nonsense.

Doc
Maybe when you get some money maybe you to can own one. FYI...Doc sent me pics before I received it and in case you haven't worked out pretty easy to forward them by email to my mate in Canada. If you don't think I am real then check out my website http://www.timeman.net and try emailing me and see if it is not andy_timeman@yahoo.com. The BBQ is a handmade piece and what is wrong crediting the person and business that has done a crackerjack job making it, the world needs a little bit more of this rather than knockers and tossers :drunk: .

I have included the message below just incase you think I haven't bought a barbie.

Hi Andy, went to factory to check progress of your Barby.

I'm amazed at how our # 1 guy is fabricating your baby.

No computers, no slide rules, he just thinks of how it can be done, takes
a piece of stainless sheet scrap, draws out the measurements, cuts, bends,
etc, etc, and makes it happen, all by hand.

I had no idea how he was going to skirt the frame, but today saw he's
making panels for back and sides rather than wrap it some way, with the
shinny stainless frame showing. This young guy is a genius, a million to
one in this country.

Your dream of having a very beautiful one of a kind Barby is taking shape.
It'll take center stage in our web-site. The big daddy of them all.

Open attachment and enjoy, Mate...

My best,
Doc

Good evening, Mr. Wazza,

The price for this BBQ is not for the faint of heart, 65,000.

Image

For those that might get bent out of shape considering the price, here's a comparison of an imported counter top model, half steel, half stainless coming unassembled in a box, out of Bangkok, at 59,900.

Thanks for your interest now and in the past, Wazza, you're appreciated.

Our best,
Doc

Random samplings of recent feedbacks and pics from more of our good customers around Thailand and Lao.

Hello Doc

Thanks for the great effort in the workmanship and the timely delivery, you could not have made it more simple! I have not seen the BBQ yet, but from what Junya has told me, she could not be more pleased. I will be sure to recommend you to the other ex-pats in the area and hopefully I can generate some additional business.
Good luck to you and Sawitta in all that you do!

Thanks
Jim M - Phuket

Hi Doc,

Very nice tool and it takes only a few minutes to heat it up. The SS-Deluxe works perfectly fine, it\'s very easy to adjust the 2 separate burners and the result is just fantastic. I\'m having a lot of fun with this piece, it\'s really quality work and worth every bath I paid for. I really recommend this gas-bbq to everyone who is seeking for the perfect bbq solution - you get good quality for your money.

Hello Doc.

How are you?

Finally finished the house and put the bbq in place.

I thought that you may like to see its pride of place.

Tomorrow I have 9 family arriving from England for 2-3 weeks to see the
new house so expect to give the new BBQ a "real thrashing".......steaks, shrimp, chicken, veggies......the works.

Another super feedback from a top notch good guy, Greg, his wife, and super neat daughter.
These sort of feedbacks, along with our stand up, mate, Andy, and numerous others, are what makes all the hard work worth while.
Thanks Mucho to all, and to all, Happy BBQing, Mate's...

Hello Doc,

This is a note to say thank you so much for the fantastic SS Master Deluxe barbecue, with custom high pressure wok burner. I have attached some photos. One is of my daughter "presenting" the BBQ as it arrived, still in the excellent packaging. I had not realized that the three burners are arranged length wise along the BBQ, which is an excellent layout that I am sure helps to give nice, even cooking.

On the first evening, everyone watched as I barbecued a chicken (photo attached). I left it on the BBQ a bit too long as my wife insisted that it was not cooked yet. Oh well, it was my first attempt and it still tasted good.

On the second evening, I could not get a look in on the BBQ as my wife and her Aunt took over and did the cooking. They made some excellent shishkababs and barbecued fish. Everyone was really impressed by this machine and I know that it will get a lot of use, actually, probably daily use.

The double insulated hood is very solid and heavy and the outside surface stays relatively cool as the heat is trapped inside.

I must say that the workmanship is excellent. All of the welds are very neatly done and of course there are no nuts and bolts to be seen. This is one very solid BBQ and I expect that it will last us many, many years. Having the thermometer fitted to the hood was an excellent suggestion of yours too as it gives a bit more control over how things are cooked.

To clean the BBQ, I just turned it up to 350 degrees for a few minutes before turning the BBQ off and then when it had cooled down I used a wire brush to remove the black remnants.

I will be recommending Quik-Fire gas BBQs to anyone who will listen.

Thanks again and Best Regards

Another fine customer with a few words after receiving his SS Deluxe 4n1Quik-Fire BBQ.
SS Deluxe, 4n1; BBQ, Oven, Half Griddle, w/side burner. A very popular model these days.
Thanks for the mail, Alex.

Hi Doc,

Just wanted to give you a quick update on the BBQ. Have used it several times already and am really happy with it. My wife wanted to know why I did not get a bigger model. This is a large step from telling me we did not need one.

Also the family have realized the side burner is much easier to use than the small burners on top of the gas bottles.

Anyway, just wanted to let you know all is well.

Regards and thanks again for providing a great product.

SS MASTER DELUXE BARBECUE

Postby lumpuk » May 28, 2009, 4:21 pm

I didn’t believe, but now I am convinced, Quik-Fire BBQs are really ˜Top-of-the-Line.
I took delivery of a ˜SS Master DeLuxe@, I originally thought a little expensive, but now realising you get what you pay for. What workmanship, Quik-Fire say everything is hand-made, it's a fact I can verify.

Needless to say it is being well used, the latest being the production of Sausage Rolls. I feel sure that this hasn't been attempted yet by other proud owners. (The attached photograph shows the final product).
I feel my horizons are now wide open for more adventurous cooking in my Master DeLuxe.
Incidentally, for once, my wife is ˜gob smacked@, with the results, a rare occurrence for a Thai.
Our Thai BBQs have been relegated to the farm, I better be careful, maybe I shall have to get her a SS Gas BBQ for there.

Doc, you convinced me.

Regards

Those S/rolls do look perfectly cooked, well done,,(you and not the rolls) but i bet you kept a close eye on them so as not to burn them...so i suppose this means you could cook a meat pie from raw on a bbq...!!

BM

I have a temp control module ( Therometer ) inserted into the lid of mine . ( its not a Quick Fire Model )

So you can monitor the temp for the baking etc, by controling the flow of gas
