Thanks for your point of view aznyron. I work in the London tube, and every shift i would think, one or more of my colleagues are gay. Now, all these guys would i know say i am not homophobic. There is no problem these days, no shame, no worry, no problem with someone gay being open with that. I said i wasn't gay to explain my next comment in the post, and in that context it was relevant. That was the bit i think you should have laughed at if anything, but each to their own.
I don't care if someone is gay or not, no problem at all. However you mention lady boys. Lady boys could be straight or gay, i got no problem with that, and if they don't say, fair enough. But if a person is openly gay, they would not normally want someone to 'not notice' as it were, but just to accept tham for what they are as a person, who just happens, to be gay.
