Colossians 2:8-10...See to it that no one takes you captive through philosophy and empty deception, which are based on human tradition and the spiritual forces of the world rather than on Christ. For in HIM dwells all the fullness of the GODHEAD bodily; and you are complete in HIM, who is the head of all principality and power.

Is the swimming pool open yet, and if so can non-residents pay to use it. I ask the same question of the golf putting facilities and is it just putting or pitch and putt?

I pass there almost on a daily basis and there are never more than up to five cars in the car park so I think a longer term deal would be easily negotiable. I've used the pool as well but not as a resident 100 baht for me and the rugrat and nobody else there.

wow , I just sucked it up and called . 8,500B month + utilities . this would be for the standard
room as they also have a two- room suite. it would be customary to pay an equal amount
for security deposit but the pleasant receptionist said " no" . they must really want tenants :-k

For a hotel under 1 year old, having lifts and a decent swimming pool how much would someone be prepared to pay, need to compare agsinst other similar hotels with same.not paying 3k per month to use the pool daily as an inguest, maybe stay in cheap accomodation under 5000 per month and go use the facilities.Lift an extra benefit.eat breakfast outside, maybe doable.
