gps,apple shop & mac software

hi im wanting to buy a gps for thailand so far i only found sellers in bkk,is there any in udon?whats the prices?
also i wonder if i can get apple software in udon as i dont think i make it to bkk to go to panthip this time,specially i look for ilife08 and the new os leopard for mac
while im at it is there any apple shop in udon?

With regards to the apple software, you can buy it here at charoen sri mall. It will be the typical software you can buy here... meaning a copy. The store near "Hardware House" sells mac software. I hope that helps.

I never found any thing I bought worth the price of even 100baht all of it was unusable & garbage

There is a new Mac shop open on the 2nd floor of the complex called, iBeat. It is not very big but has a couple of Macs on display and 1 notebook (iBook?). They have a range of iPod products and accessories including very sexy speaker systems... They have a catalogue with an extensive range of products so presumably if it is not on display they can get it for you.

I hope they take credit cards LOL because I want to buy a new Imac after the first of Jan.

Gee, I should have been asking Mac questions myself. I've lived here for nearly 2 years now and haven't seen any Mac software or hardware since I arrived. Only true Mac store I'd found so far (other than BKK) is the one in Pattaya. I'll definitely check out the places mentioned above. Thanx.
BTW, I shipped my iMac over from the States when I came in Mar. '05, and it has worked beautifully since my arrival - guess that says a bit in favor of the Mac system. The only reason I went to the Mac store in Pattaya was to buy an Airport card and a Netgear wireless modem... both of which I'm still using.

Any other Mac users out there, PM me and let's 'compare notes'.

as regards to the pirate software its hit and miss but with the price of 100b i paid so far its no probs for me
i used photoshop on my imac before without any problems and the price diff is worth it

i hope they will have the new osX leopard in january there
