Gripes and complaints

I am just sorry that some of our members are opposed to mods. It is only to prevent someone like we had recently had. I will be honest and say we have never had snipping like this until one member joined and stirred up the pot. I have seen where some have pushed the limit only after there were mods put in. You didn't do this before so why now?

If you go back and read you will find it sounds a bit like a school ground fight. Come on guys and gals, please drop the snipping and outright insults. I think I have even done a bit and I need to stop also.

This isn't an "all lets just try to get along" speech. We will all have different viewpoints and opinions. I might not agree with yours, but I do respect it. Some of you folks have even made me reach back and re-examine some of mine.

Lets just be respectful of others. If you must gripe do it here so that the folks that want to read and post have the right to do so. If you don't like adult humor don't go there. Just be respectful of others and don't post that is detrimental to others.

If you read this and thought it pertains to me then it does. Otherwise just pass as it doesn't pertain.

I just hope this forum gets friendly again. I try to make positive post. Please take this as such.

very brave of you to start this topic off banpaeng,considering there is no moderater on this part of the forum ! ...........Well when you get a moderater that actually starts the snipping in the first place is it not really surprising that non-moderaters join in the spate especially as a decent topic/thread on adult jokes and humour (to those that have a sense of humour which i know a very high percentage of members have) is now partially ruined.
i thought this was a friendly forum with a lighthearted bit of banter up until very recently.
well if it was better before the forum had moderaters why not have a trial period with-out them and see what happens every-one could be surprised at the result. just a thought.

The trouble with those who seek to control the flow of in true information buy using powers of censure should think again it as been made clear buy the webmaster that they will not remove posts about true events even that some members would delight in censure of such posts this I would say this has been a major factor in the upturn in snipping and if as I am sure you are talking about me hxjohn to be honest I respect your views and agree to a certain extent
Unfortunately for me I am a direct and honest person and call spade a spade I don

Yes your bang on the nail beer monkey sometimes I despair there seems to be more and more people in the world who are up there own arses we need to have some fun in are lives some lighthearted banter its not a trial run

There should be no reason for any post snipping/clipping/editing/deleting if everyone just makes sure that their post in the 1st place is within the rules and guidelines of the specific forum that it is being posted to.

There is, however, a need for moderation, I'm not sure if anyone knows of other forums that have been closed over the course of the past couple of years that got a little close to the bone on some topics, not necessarily thai related forums, but still forums all the same.

We are only here to protect all of our interests, don't forget we do this for free, so would appreciate as little intervention as possible whilst trying to sort problematic threads out.

If at any stage you feel that you have been unfairly treated, then contact the moderator of the forum in which you posted, if you still dont find a resolution then contact admin.

Very quite? You should have been on line earlier. So far this morning I have had 3 posts deleted completely because a moderator , who should have known better, posted critiscising another members educational standard, the words oink and others were used.However , under the current system, his post was removed and because mine were not then relevant, they were too.All while you were still sleeping Marcus

Come on Val, don't get too worked up. It's only a couple of deleted posts; it's not the end of the world.

I deleted one post that went against forum rules, and then deleted the two proceeding posts because they were no longer relevant.

Give me a break please

i saw those posts last night/early hours and did refrain from posting at the time as i.ve seen it all escalate a few times in 3 months.
so what a welcome surprise to see the offending post deleted this morning, well done lee . always better to start the day on some comedy than negative/snipe intended posts. lifes too short.
