HELP! I need to get a new UK passport!

I had a stroke a few years ago and my ability to process and store new information is pretty limited.

That and the fact that my Thai wife is off in NZ visiting her sister at the moment.

My passport is full and I understand that I need to now get it renewed via Hong Kong and not Bangkok.

Can someone take me through the steps using baby language, please?!

In basic terms, download the form C1 from here

Download the notes too they are helpful.

Fill in the form and send it to the Consulate in HK along with a photocopy of your existing passport picture page (not the actual passport) and 2 passport photos one countersigned on the back. For payment you have 2 options, either a bank draft or as I found easier, download a form to give the consulate permission to take the fee from your credit card. The consulate will send your new passport back by DHL if you pay the extra shipping, something like £20, you authorise this on the credit card form

I send my forms etc via EMS through the PO, 450 bht with a tracking number.
