Help with US Visa

Please can you help me.

A Thai friend of mine has just received a Visa for the USA. She applied for a tourist visa from the US Embassy in Bangkok.

Yesterday she got her passport back with a visa with validity of 10 Years. It also had 'M' stamped in it suggesting that it was multiple entry.

Does anyone know how long she can stay in the US on this visa and also if she is allowed to leave and come back (and for how long)?

As I understand it, she must leave every 90 days. She can then come back without a problem.

She can travel back and forth between the States and Thailand or wherever at will.

The 10 year visa only means that she can do this continually for 10 years without having to renew the visa.
