House insurance

Hi
Can anyone give me an approximate cost of house insurance for a 3 bed 2 storey in Baan hansa. We are just looking to insure the building, as the contents arnt worth anything significant.

The insurance woud need to be in the owners name, to start off with, I imagine.

Bear Lek, I suggest you contact Sean Fowler at AA Insurance Brokers. His cell is 0892745550. His company brokers every kind of insurance from every company in Thailand. My experience with him and his company has been excellent, and he will go out of his way to get you the best deal. He'll quote you from 3 different companies and you can make your own decision. Communication is swift by way of phone and emails. Forms are emailed to you for signature with instructions on how to tranfer the premium to their bank account. They have a local office, but I've never had to go there. I had a claim on my car insurance and Sean settled it jack flash. I highly recommend his services.

We pay about Bt5600 per year for our home, this include flood, fire, robbery,(broke door/windows,) for another Bt3000 or so we could have go coverage for visitors/workman in the home if they met with accident in our home.
